Turks & Caicos has become known as an epicurean destination, and the annual festival brings a unique culinary experience featuring chefs and winemakers from around the globe.

Festival kicks off with cocktails at Blue Haven Resort's Fire & Ice Restaurant followed by a starlit five course Welcome Dinner.

The festival's biggest events is the Gourmet Safari Dinner Party. The dine-around party gives guests the opportunity to check out finest hotels and restaurants in Providenciales.
The night starts off with cocktails at Krave - courtesy of the Grace Bay Club. Then it's on to an appetizer course at Coyaba, then dinner at Seven Stars, and the evening ends with dessert at The Gansevoort.

Food & Wine Pairing at West Bay Club is geared towards learning more about wine pairings, along with seminars featuring meat, seafood, cheese, and desserts. Each tasting room will feature its own guest chef and winemaker.
The Island Street Food Fair follows the Food & Wine Pairing. The Food Fair offers grilling and barbeque tips from local islanders.
The festival ends with Dinner with the Stars, an intimate five-course dinner on Grace Bay Beach. Guest chefs will be pair prized recipes with the rare wine vintages.
