There are over 40 restaurants, eateries, boutiques all within a "water" theme environment with seashell walls, water fountains and jets, along with a scuba diving mosaic in the Observation Tower.

New local tasting tours are popping up throughout the Caribbean in locations like Turks & Caicos, Jamaica and San Juan - and you can definitely include Grand Cayman on the "Foodie Travel" circuit.
The Flavor Tour at Camana Bay offers foodies the tastes of culinary delights like lionfish, fresh passion fruit, and scotch bonnet.
Every Wednesday at 7 p.m., Camana Bay, a 600-acre destination located between Seven Mile Beach and the North Sound, hosts a fun and interactive way to sample some of the island's top culinary offerings.
The Flavor Tour groups usually consist of less than 20 people who are given the opportunity to sample small dishes, wine and cocktails at restaurant stops along the way.
The progressive dinner features fresh local ingredients presented in the signature styles of popular Camana Bay restaurants. Some of the locally grown vegetables and fruits included in the islands culinary dishes include cabbage, mango, kale, cucumber, long beans, cherry tomatoes, key lime, papaya and breadfruit, just to name a few.
Start the evening with a champagne toast at West Indies Wine Company then enjoy four small plate courses complemented by featured cocktail pairings before returning to West Indies Wine Company for a final tasting.
On December 17, 2014, travelers can partake in a special Flavor Tour sure to get participants in the holiday spirit with a four-course tasting tour featuring traditional holiday fare made with local ingredients. The price for the Flavor Tour is CI $69 per ticket ($84.15 U.S.). Guests can also arrange private tours for groups of 12-20 people starting at 6 p.m.
