Performances take place at multiple venues in George Town including the open air pavilion at the Leon Levy Nature Preserve on March 28th, the Haynes Library, and a Jazz Brunch at On The Rocks. Every Friday night on Eleuthera there is a Fish Fry near Anchor Bay, and during the festival the musicians will offer free entertainment.
Over 20 international, Bahamian and regional artist will perform at this year's festival including: Myra Maud, Don Bouchat, Walle Larsson and Band, Steve Oliver, Clinton Crawford, Julian Bradford, Dan Roy, Jordan Jackiew, Christophe ‘Stoffi’ Steinbach, Dave Lawton, and Jonny Schutten.
The weekend Jazz concert is always a solid fundraiser for the the Haynes Library which was built in 1897, and is on the waterfront in Govenor's Harbour.
The library plays an important part in the local community as it provides numerous free services, outreach programs, arts and crafts, and computer literacy with high speed internet access. Most visitors go there to check their e-mail, and meet up with locals.
