Southwest Airlines Announces New Caribbean Flights

New flight options for Caribbean travelers in 2013

Southwest Airlines just announced its April 2013 schedule yesterday, and it includes new markets for Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

AirTran Airways, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southwest Airlines, will operate daily service to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, pending government approval.

Southwest will also serve Flint, Michigan from BWI Marshall with three daily roundtrip flights.

The new flights to Punta Cana and Flint are scheduled to begin on April 14, 2013.  Additional flights are offered by AirTran on behalf of Southwest to Aruba, Bermuda, Cancun, Montego Bay and Nassau.
